Capability and Capacity Building

A healthcare group member was planning for their newest facility. They joined us for one of our global programmes showcasing best practices from leading care models and concepts. For over a period of one year, the core team continued the curated learning trips with us; exchanging insights with global thought leaders and identifying solutions and innovation for their organisation.

Results: The facility won the ‘Best Day Centre Operator’ in the Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards.

Business Development

For the first year, we provided market research for a member specialising in healthcare IT solutions keen to expand in the Singapore nursing care sector. When they designed their latest offering to be implemented in aged care facilities, we profiled and connected the member to care operators in Singapore. During the third year, the member expanded into the Australian market through curated market access activities.

Results: Successfully partnered with residential aged care facility to automate the entire operations. The expansion to Australia also led to successful partnerships with care facilities in Australia.
