Many injuries result from deficits in the interaction of the small interior muscles – the so-called core muscles. Such injuries include strains and muscle tears through to joint injuries. Yet the core muscles are often neglected in training programmes. Targeted analysis of the current state based on revolutionary new measurement technology and subsequent specific training using the sense wave training machine enables training exercises to be focused specifically on the core muscle groups that are essential for postural strength and motor function. With its large sensor plate and exact positioning information provided by positioning lines displayed on the screen, sense wave enables precise and entirely objective static and dynamic real-time measurement of foot pressure. Easy handling and simple operation means that in addition to applications in the sports sector the equipment is also highly suitable for use in retirement homes or in the care of patients with neurological disorders.
