Business Development Executive

To identify new business products and selling our suite of services to them. You will be maintaining relationships with existing clients and building relationships with new clients. Experience in sales and marketing would be a plus.

The key responsibility of this role is to drive sales for Ageing Asia’s portfolio of brands and execute the marketing and business development strategy to increase partnerships and sales. You will report directly to the Managing Director.

The right person for this role thrives in a fast-paced environment, is target oriented, delivers good customer service and is an excellent verbal and written communicator. Must have a positive can-do working attitude and willingness to learn.

Role:
* Execute roadmap for exhibition and membership sales
* Grow brand awareness, develop new marketing, sales channels, lead generation
* Understanding of the B2B global eldercare and healthcare sector to provide market intelligence insights to management
* Willingness to learn about new technologies, products, and services relevant for the future of ageing in Asia Pacific

Key Skills & Requirements
Dip / Degree with proven track record in sales and customer service experience

Marketing Communications Executive

We are hiring a Marketing Communications Executive.
He/she will support in the daily operations of the department and oversee the updating and production of all publication and promotional materials, website, digital platforms and email tools of Ageing Asia.

Role:
• Manage a multi-channel marketing approach - both paid and organic marketing campaigns (include but not limited to digital and performance marketing, website, content, and thought-leadership materials)
• Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
• Manage and execute marketing efforts, in line with performance indicators
• Executes marketing schedules and coordinate with colleagues, partners, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
• Develop resources and materials to support operational teams
• Can perform simple website maintenance and content update on WordPress (optional)

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Mass Communications or Marketing Communications with at least a years’ experience in a similar capacity. Previous work experience in a marketing role would be an added advantage
• Possess good command of English for copywriting
• Competent in website design, maintenance and digital media savvy
• Knowledge of Google analytics and EDM software
• Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods and knowledge of photoshop will be an added advantage
• Team player with high initiative and willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail and results-oriented

Requirements

• Energetic and naturally inquisitive
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
