Professor Dr. Areerat Suputtitada is Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine, full time working faculty at Chulalongkorn University and King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand. She received 14 national awards, 7 international awards, and published more than 60 international and 20 national articles in the areas of her experts including neurological rehabilitation, spasticity and dystonia, gait and motion, and Pain. She has also been invited to lecture as the keynote speakers, parallel and symposium speakers and be chairpersons for over 100 international conferences. Professor Dr. Suputtitada has been elected and appointed to important positions in the International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM) such as the Chair of Women and Health Task Force, International Exchange Committee and Representative to the ISPRM Assembly of Delegates for Asia & Oceania. She just has been appointed to be the committee of Global Academic Physiatrists Task Force of Association of Academic Physiatrists (AAP) in USA. Moreover, she is the youngest physician to have appointed as Professor in Thailand since she was only 36 years old. She has been further studying and certifying in various advance rehabilitation medicine as Diploma in Pain, Movement disorders and Neurorehabilitation at Mount Sinai Medical Center and Colorado Neurological Institute, USA 1995-1996; Certificate in Gait and Movement Analysis in Austria 1996, England 2009, Sweden and Finland 2009; Certificate in Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy at Germany 2010; Certificate in Diagnostic Ultrasound and Ultrasound guidance injection in Australia 2012, AAPMR 2012, USA 2013; Certificate in Comprehensive Sports Medicine Update and Board Review in AAPMR and ASM in USA 2014. Certificate in Transcutaneous Direct Current Stimulation in Neuropsychiatric Research at Harvard U in Boston, USA 2016. Dr Agnes Xue, Assistant Professor, Singapore Institute of Technology, Singapore

A Red-Dot award-winning designer and the first Industrial Designer in Singapore to be awarded the Doctoral of Philosophy (PhD) qualification from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Assistant Professor (Dr) Agnes Xue is currently faculty at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) and Curriculum Head at the Singapore-Stanford Biodesign program, a national-level medical technology innovation training office funded by A*STAR-EDB. Her teaching and research interest has always been exploring better designs for healthcare that will have user-centric impact in this digital age. Agnes has always been an entrepreneur at heart. During her time outside of the university, she has invested and started a 3D visualisation design consultancy and an interior design company. In her personal capacity, she volunteers as the Honorary Treasurer of the Lupus Association Singapore.

Bec Meenahan is the Senior Allied Health Professional for integratedliving Australia and has a passion for health and customer care. With a Bachelor of Health Science (Food and nutrition), Bec’s career has seen her in retail, the weight loss industry and food safety – and now as the National Nutritionist and lead Allied Health Professional, Bec’s team are providing direct customer care and health improvement interventions to restore and maintain optimal health. Bec also leads work with Nursing and the Allied health team to develop and deliver award winning wellness programs to rural and remote communities.

The Platinum 5 suite is installed in over 650 aged care facilities across Australia, NZ and Singapore government nursing homes.  She was the national President of the Aged Care IT Vendors Association from 2009 – Nov 2013, on the Commonwealth Nurse Advisor panel since the late 1990’s and her PhD was for her research of Gerontological Nurse Practitioners.

Chris is working for the leading bed manufacturer wissner-bosserhoff in Europe. He is holding the position as a Key-Account-Manager for the region Asia-Pacific. Besides his activities in Asia-Pacific he is working as a Business Development Manager in the United States of America. The long-term goal of his work is to strengthen also the network between nursing home facilities and universities in the Angle-Saxon countries and China. Hence, he is enrolled as a PhD student at the Health Policy & Management Institution at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. Fall prevention and dementia in institutional care is his major field of research.

Elaine, Asia Regional Manager for The Britex Group, is an entrepreneur and business professional whose success and boldness with its niche eldercare bathroom assistive device start-up, Elsa Health Asia Pte Ltd (since acquired by The Britex Group), was a culmination of 15yrs of relationship building focus and experience in diverse roles from Operations to Business Development, Sales and Marketing in various industries including sanitary ware and markets including SEA, Australia & New Zealand.  In 2016-2017, Elaine was an expert judge for ST Electronics and Spring Singapore's 'The Tech Factor Challenge' Ageing-in-Place Start-up Accelerator Program.


Ms Fiona Hearn, Executive General Manager, Care Innovation and Quality, Bolton Clarke, Australia

Fiona has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in home nursing and community care, having worked in a variety of nursing leadership roles over many years. In 2015 RDNS merged with RSL Care and now operate as ‘Bolton Clarke’ in Australia, in the process becoming one of Australia’s largest most experienced not for profit aged care, health and independent living providers. Her current role, as Executive General Manager Care, Innovation and Quality is a senior group executive leadership role across the group. Fiona has represented community care services in a range of Government policy areas and held a number of positions on Boards of Management for Community and Rural Health Services. Her qualifications includes: Master Health Science in Health Administration (MHS), Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAIC) and Member of Australian College of Nursing (MACN).

Prior to Homage, she co-founded Rocketrip, a travel tech company based in New York City and Silicon Valley backed by Y-Combinator and Bessemer Ventures. Prior to Rocketrip, Gillian held various sales, business development, product management and technology leadership positions at Amazon and Accenture. As a Singaporean Native, Gillian studied Computer Science at the University of Melbourne and got an MBA and Masters of International Affairs from Columbia Business School and Columbia School of International and Public Affairs. 


Mr Gustav Strandell, CEO, Maihama Club Co., Ltd, Japan

Gustav Strandell is the CEO at Maihama Club Nursing Home. Prior to that, Strandell was initially involved with the home’s operation as a consultant, giving advice about ways to give effective care to its residents and users before taking on the role of General Manager. Strandell first came to Japan in 1992 as an exchange student from Stockholm University to the Waseda Senior High School. In 1999, he pursued his Master’s Degree nursing home field studies in Sweden and Japan. Strandell also sits on the board of the Geriatric Research Institute in Japan, and Japan-Sweden Society. He has been featured in the media on several occasions like Asahi Shimbun, Yomiuri Shimbun, Japan Times and Nikkei Business FujiTV and NHK.  


Prof Henrik Hautop Lund, Professor & President, Entertainment Robotics - Moto Tiles, Denmark

Professor Henrik Hautop Lund, Center for Playware, Technical University of Denmark, is World Champion in RoboCup Humanoids Freestyle 2002, and has more than 200 scientific publications. He has developed shape-shifting modular robots, presented to the emperor of Japan, and has collaborated closely on robotics and AI with companies like LEGO, Kompan, BandaiNamco. He developed music 2.0 together with international pop star Peter Gabriel. He is currently board member of the 20m euro Patient@Home project in Denmark – and partner in the 1 billion euro EU Human Brain Project. He has invented to the patented modular interactive tiles, Moto Tiles (www.moto-tiles.com) for playful prevention and rehabilitation among seniors, as an alternative form of physical rehabilitation exercise to allow elderly citizens to break away from monotonous training programs, and participate in an exercise that is fun and exciting, and therefore more motivating. 


Ms Leslie Wolfe, President of Global Health, MAXIMUS, USA

Ms. Wolfe is responsible for the Company’s United Kingdom and Canada operations, which include health insurance program administration, independent assessments, occupational health and digital wellbeing, drug information systems, workforce and disability services, and family maintenance. Under her leadership, 600+ health care professionals deliver health and wellness services to a million people, while an additional 1,200+ conduct a million face-to-face disability assessments in the U.K. MAXIMUS also serves 4.5 million residents through the Health Insurance British Columbia (Canada) program. Ms. Wolfe has a keen interest in the role of telecare and tele-monitoring to support people living with health barriers. Ms. Wolfe holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University Of Guelph, Ontario and is a professional accountant with a Canadian accounting body.

Ms Ng Li Lian, Co-Founder & Director, Tetsuyu Healthcare Holdings and Tetsuyu Home Care, Singapore

Li Lian is the Co-founder and Director of Tetsuyu Healthcare Holdings (THH), a Singapore start- up she founded with Japanese Cardiologist and Home Care Expert Prof Shinsuke Muto in 2015. Building on Prof Muto’s success in leveraging ICT for quality home care, Li Lian and her team at THH are pushing the boundaries on eldercare technologies with robotics and other applications. The THH team was honoured with the HIMMS Asia Pacific Excellence in Start-up Innovation Award 2017.  THH also made it to the list of Top 25 Healthcare Technology Solution Providers APC CIO Outlook Magazine in 2017. Li Lian concurrently runs the home care operations Tetsuyu Home Care with a team of locally registered clinicians serving private paying patients adapting the care model from Japan and leveraging technology for quality care. Before her journey as an entrepreneur, Li Lian was a senior banking professional having held strategic and marketing positions in various banks over a span of 17 years. Li Lian has degrees in Accountancy and Law and holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD.

Dr. Tim Henwood, PhD, Group Manager, Connected Living -  Community Wellness & Lifestyle, Southern Cross Care (SA & NT) Inc, Australia

Dr Henwood is a special population exercise physiologist with 20 years research and practice experience. His work emphasises that you are never too old or unwell to benefit from exercise, and that progressive resistance and balance training are a superior health and wellness model of care for adults with disabilities in the community or nursing home setting. He is the lead research on the Australian Government supported Active@Home program and the Muscling Up Against Disability program, which have brought home and clinic based exercise solution, respectively, to adults with aged care needs. In his current roll with Southern Cross Care SA & NT, he is challenging current practice through evidence translation to inform an enhanced wellness model of care.
